Whisked opened its doors at Prahran Market in 2007 and focuses on supporting small, local producers across Australia. You won’t find any caged eggs here, folks. Whisked is at the forefront of the free-range egg movement and continues to champion relationships with ethical suppliers who are committed to making a difference in the community. Originally with a background in real estate, Apostoli decided to break away from family tradition and get into business himself. When the opportunity arose to take over Whisked from a lifelong friend, he jumped at the idea and relished (pardon the pun) the opportunity to make it his own. Since then Whisked has grown from strength-to-strength, now stocking breakfast and pantry items from some of Australia’s (and beyond) best producers.
