A crunchy, savoury chilli crisp made with salted duck egg yolk, curry leaves and sesame. Handmade in Melbourne, with medium-to-hot heat. Spoon over eggs, noodles, dumplings or roasted vegetables.

Ingredients: Vegetable oil, salted duck yolk (duck yolk, salt), curry leaves, shallots, garlic, chilli flakes, sesame seeds, sesame oil, salt, sugar, MSG (621).
Allergens: Contains egg and sesame. May contain gluten, soy and nuts.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening. The producer recommends using within 60 days of opening.
