Made by Lard Ass on Victoria’s Bellarine Peninsula, this golden ghee is rendered from unsalted cultured butter made with grass-fed Victorian cream. It’s naturally lactose-free, gluten-free and ideal for high-heat cooking up to ~250 °C—perfect for frying, sautéing, roasting and baking with a clean, nutty flavour. Shelf-life: 6 months in the pantry / 12 months refrigerated.

How to use
