Organic Raw Narrow-Leaved Peppermint w/ Blue Gum

This unique "bees' blend" honey was produced in the Lake Eildon National Park in Victoria. Both of the Eucalypt species flowered within bee flight-range during the few months that the bees were located on this site. This RAW honey has crystallised. Flavour Profile: Bold, full-flavour with a hint of caramel. There is an added complexity to the flavour due it being multi-floral.
