Organic Raw Narrow-leaved Peppermint With Yellow Box

This RAW honey was produced over two beesite locations. When the Yellow Box finished flowering in the Heathcote-Graytown National Park the bees were moved to Whitlands in the Upper King Valley for the flowering of the Narrow-leaved Peppermints. This makes this honey a unique 'bees' blend'. ​ Flavour Profile: Medium depth, classic mountain eucalypt flavour (Narrow-leaved Peppermint) with a buttery finish (Yellow Box).
