Raw Broad-leaved Peppermint with White Tea Tree

This honey was produced over two locations, firstly the Broad-leaved Peppermints in the Strathbogie State Forest followed by a move to the Lake Eildon National Park, North-East Victoria. This honey has crystallised with a delightful creamy texture. Flavour Profile: Medium depth, gingerbread.
